Lesson Fees and Structure

Rates and fees are subjected to change without prior notice.

Trial Lesson and Flexible Adhoc Sessions:

• Lesson fees are due upon booking of the session

• Lesson will commence only after payment is received

4 Session Package:

• Has to be completed within 1 month

• Lesson fees will be due the last week of the month to secure your slot

• Lesson will commence only after payment is received

• Package will be automatically renewed it is completed unless the student informs of termination with at least 2 weeks notice

12 Session Package:

• 12 Session Package has to be completed within 3 months

• Lesson fees will be due the last week of third month to secure your slot

• Lesson will commence only after payment is received

• Package will be automatically renewed it is completed unless the student informs of termination with at least 2 weeks notice

Termination

Students are required to give at least 2 weeks’ notice to withdraw from singing lessons

​

Late Payment
A regular student’s slot will be released if payment is not made by one week after payment week

​

No Credit Policy
We have a No-Credit policy and reserve the right to not resume lessons until fees are paid in full

​

Slot Reservations (For New Students)

• After payment has been made, lesson(s) will commence immediately on the agreed (date, day and time)

• Slots for packages will only be reserved for maximum of one (1) month.

• After a period of one (1) month if student is unable to start lesson, fees will be forfeited and the slot will be released

Attendance and Make-up Policy

• There will be NO make-up lesson, compensations or extensions for absenteeism, late coming and no shows

​

For 4 Session and 12 Session Packages:

• You are permitted ONE lesson cancellation / reschedule / makeup per month

• Cancellation is to be done at least 24 hours in advance via sms/whatsapp/email

• Cancellation made on the day of your lesson will result in forfeit, with NO exception unless student is able to produce a medical certificate

• 2nd and Subsequent cancellations will result in forfeit of lesson

• Make-up lessons will have to be arranged directly and in favour to the instructor

 

Enrolment Policy

• We reserve the right to refuse enrolment of any student without any reason given

• We reserve the right to discontinue enrolment of students who display any rude or disrespectful behaviour as well as students who have breached any terms and conditions

Temporary Discontinuation

• Enrolled students are required to place a one month deposit + $20 to reserve their instructor slot if they require a temporary discontinuation of their singing lessons up to a month

​

Public Holiday

• There will be NO lessons on all Singapore Public Holidays

Refund and Fee Transfer Policy
Fees are not refundable or transferrable

Privacy Policy
Private information collected will not be distributed / disclosed to any third party without expressed permission from the parties involved.
